Dust off your curiosity and join us for an Excursion Quest to the Tennessee State Museum! This isn’t your average museum visit—prepare for a day of adventure, exploration, and maybe even a few fun facts that you’ll want to casually drop into conversations later. With exhibits spanning everything from prehistoric Tennessee to the Civil War and beyond, there’s plenty to discover (and yes, you’ll find out that life before Wi-Fi was indeed possible).
We’ll kick off our quest with pickups from designated locations before diving into the museum’s interactive exhibits. Kids will travel through time, learning about everything from saber-toothed tigers to pioneer life (no smartphones required back then, if you can imagine). They’ll get to see artifacts, watch historical reenactments, and participate in hands-on activities that make learning history way more exciting than reading about it in a textbook.
A snack will be provided to keep our explorers fueled, and guests should bring a brown bag lunch from home (preferably not from the 1800s). After a day filled with discovery, we’ll head back to drop-off points, with updates sent to parents to make sure pickups are smoother than a saber-toothed tiger’s purr.
Join us for a day of time travel and discovery at the Tennessee State Museum, where history isn’t just something you learn about—it’s something you experience firsthand!
