About Enrichment Excursions

At Enrichment Excursions, a program of UC Makerspace and Imagine Foundry, we turn real-world experiences into meaningful learning adventures. Our mission is to create guided excursions that spark curiosity, encourage creativity, and help children grow through hands-on exploration. These experiences are designed so learning feels natural, engaging, and fun, often before kids even realize how much they are discovering.

Our vision is to inspire a lifelong love of learning by taking education beyond traditional classrooms. Through thoughtfully designed excursions, children are introduced to new environments, ideas, and perspectives that build confidence, curiosity, and essential life skills. We believe every child deserves access to experiences that expand their understanding of the world around them.

As part of UC Makerspace and Imagine Foundry, Enrichment Excursions blends exploration, creativity, and education into every experience. From nature and the arts to culture and community, each excursion is intentionally designed to encourage questions, discovery, and wonder, while connecting real-world experiences back to meaningful learning.
