Get ready for an unforgettable underground adventure with our Excursion Quest to Cumberland Caverns! Located in McMinnville, Tennessee, Cumberland Caverns is one of the most extensive cave systems in the U.S., offering an awe-inspiring experience of stunning rock formations, historic pathways, and breathtaking underground beauty. This quest will take your child deep into the Earth, where they’ll discover the fascinating world of geology, learn about the history of cave exploration, and witness natural wonders such as stalactites, stalagmites, and underground waterfalls.

Your child will explore the 10-acre “Volcano Room”—an enormous underground chamber—and walk along winding passageways while learning about the formation of caves and the importance of preserving these natural wonders. The guided tour provides an educational and adventurous experience that will ignite your child’s curiosity about the world beneath their feet.

  • Quest Holder Tickets: For children in our questlines, this ticket includes a guided tour through Cumberland Caverns, complete with educational insights into geology and cave preservation.
  • Grown-Up/Chaperone Tickets: Parents and guardians can join the underground fun! Choose a Grown-Up Ticket to accompany your child or opt for a Chaperone Ticket (limited to 4 per trip) to help guide the group while exploring the cave.
  • Tag-Along Tickets: For younger children under 8, the Tag-Along Ticket allows them to join the cave adventure alongside a responsible adult. Paired with a Grown-Up Ticket, younger explorers will get the chance to safely experience the beauty of Cumberland Caverns.
